Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: February 14, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the services, products, and platforms provided by Doudou (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy in full. This Policy is intended to help maintain a safe, secure, and reliable environment for all users.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email, within the Services, or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

All users must comply with this Policy as well as the Terms of Service. A violation of this Policy may be considered a material breach of the Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, at our discretion.

If you accept the Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization. In such cases, this Policy applies to all individuals who access or use the Services under your account (collectively, “Authorized Users”), and you are responsible for ensuring their compliance with this Policy.

  • Violate laws or regulations: This includes, without limitation, laws related to intellectual property, privacy, harassment, discrimination, child protection, or export controls.

  • Engage in fraud or deception: Do not impersonate others, submit false or misleading information, or manipulate Services in unauthorized ways.

  • Cause harm or disruption: Do not use the Services to spread malware, viruses, ransomware, or engage in activities that interfere with, degrade, or disrupt the operation of Doudou or any connected networks.

  • Exploit vulnerabilities: You may not attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with any part of Doudou’s infrastructure, databases, or other users’ accounts without authorization.

  • Share sensitive or unlawful content: This includes child sexual abuse material, terrorist propaganda, pirated software, counterfeit goods, or any other content prohibited by law or Doudou policies.

  • Misuse third-party data: You must not extract, scrape, analyze, or use data from third-party integrations (such as email services) for advertising, profiling, AI training, or commercial resale without explicit permission.
